Island cocktails with flavors of Béroukhia

Ingredients

(1 to 2 people)

  • 1 tablespoon of La Ducossaise (mango) jam
  • 1 tablespoon of La Chaudière (Papaya) jam
  • 20 cl to 25 cl of coconut milk
  • ½ or 1 shot of 45 ° old rum or white rum
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes of coconut and mango mix

Decoration

  • Papaya skewer or orange slice

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Cover the inside walls of your glass with a little La Chaudière jam
  3. Pour the mixture into the glass
  4. Serve as fresh
