Coconut pineapple crumble recipe

Simple and tasty Caribbean dessert


(6 to 8 people)

  • 1k sliced ​​pineapple
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 150g cane sugar or brown sugar
  • 50g of raisins
  • 10cl of rum

A supplement of flavors

  • Lime zest (lime)
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg


  1. Preheat the four to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
  2. Butter ramekins or a baking dish.
  3. Cut the pineapple into pieces, add the raisins, old rum, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, then reserve the bowl in the refrigerator.
  4. In a bowl, combine the flour, grated coconut, cane sugar or brown sugar and butter. Mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy paste.
  5. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and divide the pineapple and raisin mixture in the bottom of the ramekins or baking dish.
  6. Spread the dough over the fruit.
  7. Lower the oven temperature to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
