Simple and tasty Caribbean dessert
Ingredients
(6 to 8 people)
- 1k sliced pineapple
- 100g grated coconut
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 150g cane sugar or brown sugar
- 50g of raisins
- 10cl of rum
A supplement of flavors
- Lime zest (lime)
- Vanilla sugar
- Coconut sugar
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- Preheat the four to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
- Butter ramekins or a baking dish.
- Cut the pineapple into pieces, add the raisins, old rum, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, then reserve the bowl in the refrigerator.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, grated coconut, cane sugar or brown sugar and butter. Mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy paste.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and divide the pineapple and raisin mixture in the bottom of the ramekins or baking dish.
- Spread the dough over the fruit.
- Lower the oven temperature to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
