Island cocktails with flavors of Béroukhia
Ingredients
(1 to 2 people)
- 20 cl of orange juice
- 20 cl of maracudja juice (passion fruit)
- 5 cl of grenadine syrup
- ½ Lime (lime)
- 1 old rum / white shooter
Decoration
- Pineapple skewer, sugar, macacudja (passion fruit) syrup, use crushed ice cubes.
Preparation
- Using a measuring cup, add the Maracudja concentrate, orange juice, juice, lemon juice, water, lemon juice and rum (optional)
- Add sugar
- Mix and called in the blender with 3 ice cubes
- Pass the mixture through a sieve, collect the juice directly in the measuring cup
- Take a bowl and add two spoons of sugars and grenadine syrup (optional)
- Add the juice to a glass and carefully pour in the grenadine syrup and 2 to 3 ice cubes.
