When I think of the sweet potato I see the fruit and vegetable vendors again. My childhood with my little basket, my dialogues with the merchants, the fishmonger, the butcher at the Lamentin market. The color of the sweet potato which reminds me of the clay soil of the town. | When I was in training at LEGTA in Croix-Rivail, we had cultural, environmental and traditional activities.
