Island cocktails with flavors of Béroukhia

Ingredients

(1 to 2 people)

  • 1 tablespoon of La Régale jam (Clementine)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 20 cl of water
  • Juice of half a lime (lime)
  • ½ or 1 shot of 45 ° old rum or white rum
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes of lemon sorbet with mint leaves

Decoration

  • 3 to 4 lime slices (lime), sugar, syrup

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Add 3 lime slices to the bottom of a glass, crush lightly, then pour
  • the mixture into the glass.
  • Serve as fresh.
