| Content | Looking at the Des Gorges de la Falaise waterfall, I think about the sensory journey of my ginger jam. It all starts gently, the jam winds its way through your taste buds like the course of a river. Then there is a change in current, a gentle heat begins to invade your mouth and suddenly it's the fall! The heat is stronger in your throat, a spicy torrent overwhelms you! This is the effect of the Gorges de la Falaise! | I am from the municipality of Ducos. This is also where the family company is located, in the Bois-Rouge district. My passion comes from my parents. They are both entrepreneurs, different but at the same time complementary. The name of the jam is linked to my mother, the founder of “Man Cicine” products. She was the one who passed on the knowledge of local Martinican products to me. She is a big Mango eater, especially the Mango Julie variety! | Lorsque j’étais en formation au LEGTA de Croix-Rivail, nous avions des activités culturelles, environnementales et traditionnelles. Nous avions décidés de visiter l’îlet Chancel afin de découvrir les Iguanes et ce lieu d’histoire. Nous avions fait le choix de nous y rendre en kayak afin de profiter de la nature et pour observer le fond marin. On pouvait y voir des étoiles de mers à travers cette eau limpide. Quand on coupe la carambole elle à la forme d’une étoile! Un souvenir à travers un fruit! | Fond Giraumon est le nom d’un quartier en Martinique situé dans la commune du Lamentin. Nous avons aussi une citation «Sè Kouto sèl ki sav ki sa ki an tjè jiromon». «Seul le couteau sait ce qu’il y a dans le cœur du giraumon».
